BayWa r.e. has grown a lot in the last year - we now have many convenient warehouses located across the United States!
As our company expands, we continue to be dedicated to serving our customers' procurement needs with an easy purchasing experience on our webstore. So, we have made some updates to our available inventory display:
New Availability Views
On product category and manufacturer category pages, current and future inventory is now grouped into 5 regions.
On individual product pages each region can also be expanded to view inventory availability at specific warehouse locations.
The regions and warehouse locations are as follows:
- Northwest - Reno (NV), San Leandro (CA)
- Southwest - Chino (CA), Mesa (AZ)
- Central - Eagan (MN), Joliet (IL), Plano (TX)
- Northeast - Schenectady (NY), Ozone Park (NY), West Boylston (MA), Bordentown (NJ)
- Southeast - Pompano Beach (FL)
How to Read Regional Availability
Available "NOW"
"NOW" indicates the total quantity of currently available products for order across all BayWa r.e. warehouses in each region.
(If the quantity available doesn't meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)
Available "NEXT"
“NEXT” indicates the total quantity of available inbound products arriving within the first future month to all BayWa r.e. warehouses in a region.
(This only indicates “next” available inventory. There may be additional inbound products in the following month. If the quantity available doesn’t meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)
Availability Example
For example, this product availability is showing:
- 35 Available Now in NorthWest Region
- 32 Arriving July 2022 in Central Region
- 23 Available Now and 32 Arriving July 2022 in Northeast Region
- 64 Available Now in Southeast Region
For this example, there may be additional future product availability not yet showing for August, etc. Reach out to your Account Manager for information.
How to Read Warehouse Location Availability
Available "NOW"
"NOW" indicates the total quantity of currently available products for order to each specific warehouse location.
(If the quantity available doesn't meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)
Available "NEXT"
“NEXT” indicates the first quantity of available inbound products arriving to each specific warehouse location and the estimated receipt date.
(This only indicates “next” available inventory. There may be additional inbound products arriving after the displayed first availability. If the quantity available doesn’t meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)
Availability Example
For example, in the Northwest region this product availability is showing:
- 0 Available Now in NorthWest Region
- 21 Arriving November 2022 to Reno
- 40 Arriving October 2022 to San Leandro
There may be additional future product availability for both Reno and San Leandro. The live display shows the first inbound availability. Reach out to your Account Manager for information.
New Warehouse Services
Our warehouses now offer a variety of services:
On-Site Delivery
Many of our warehouses are now fully operated by BayWa r.e. employees and we deliver using our own trucks and team. This means the BayWa r.e. values and culture you know so well show through in all our services so we can increase customer service, reduce transit times, and minimize product damage.
Will-Call
All BayWa r.e. warehouses accept will-call orders in accordance with specific scheduling and conditions. Customers must communicate their request for will-call when placing an order in-person at our warehouses or during the order confirmation process via email when placing an order online (instructions will be included in order confirmation email).
Please be aware that local sales tax will be applied to all Will Call orders.
