We continue to be dedicated to serving our customers' procurement needs with an easy purchasing experience on our webstore. So, we have made some updates to our available inventory display:

Availability Views

On product category and manufacturer category pages, current and future inventory is now grouped into 5 regions.

On individual product pages each region can also be expanded to view inventory availability at specific warehouse locations.

The regions and warehouse locations are as follows:

Northwest - San Leandro (CA)
Southwest - Chino (CA), Las Vegas (NV), Mesa (AZ)
Central - Eagan (MN), Joliet (IL), Plano (TX)
Northeast - Schenectady (NY), West Boylston (MA), Bordentown (NJ)
Southeast - Pompano Beach (FL)

How to Read Regional Availability

Available "NOW"

"NOW" indicates the total quantity of currently available products for order across all BayWa r.e. warehouses in each region.

(If the quantity available doesn't meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)

Available "NEXT"

“NEXT” indicates the total quantity of available inbound products arriving within the first future month to all BayWa r.e. warehouses in a region.

(This only indicates “next” available inventory. There may be additional inbound products in the following month. If the quantity available doesn’t meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)

Availability Example

For example, this product availability is showing:

35 Available Now in NorthWest Region
32 Arriving July 2022 in Central Region
23 Available Now and 32 Arriving July 2022 in Northeast Region
64 Available Now in Southeast Region

For this example, there may be additional future product availability not yet showing for August, etc. Reach out to your Account Manager for information.

How to Read Warehouse Location Availability

Available "NOW"

"NOW" indicates the total quantity of currently available products for order to each specific warehouse location.

(If the quantity available doesn't meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)

Available "NEXT"

“NEXT” indicates the first quantity of available inbound products arriving to each specific warehouse location and the estimated receipt date.

(This only indicates “next” available inventory. There may be additional inbound products arriving after the displayed first availability. If the quantity available doesn’t meet your needs, please contact your Account Manager.)

For example, in the Northwest region this product availability is showing:

0 Available Now in NorthWest Region
21 Arriving November 2022 to Reno
40 Arriving October 2022 to San Leandro

There may be additional future product availability for both Reno and San Leandro. The live display shows the first inbound availability. Reach out to your Account Manager for information.

Warehouse Services

Our warehouses now offer a variety of services:

On-Site Delivery

Many of our warehouses are now fully operated by BayWa r.e. employees and we deliver using our own trucks and team. This means the BayWa r.e. values and culture you know so well show through in all our services so we can increase customer service, reduce transit times, and minimize product damage.

Will-Call

All BayWa r.e. warehouses accept will-call orders in accordance with specific scheduling and conditions. Customers must communicate their request for will-call when placing an order in-person at our warehouses or during the order confirmation process via email when placing an order online (instructions will be included in order confirmation email).

Please be aware that local sales tax will be applied to all Will Call orders.

Understanding how BayWa r.e. categorizes our USA manufactured products

Assembled in USA

The broadest category for any products with country of origin as USA
Labeling of the product must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and enforcement policy
Express Claims may include: “Made in USA,” “Our products are American-made,” “USA,” “Manufactured in USA,” or “Built in USA.”
Intended to represent products that are “all or virtually all” made in the USA
Room for qualified exceptions, but could be deceptive in practice and thus hard to guarantee claim is legitimate in all cases
No further documentation or authorization available from the manufacturer, other than product labelling

Build American Act (BAA) Compliant

Broadly, this product complies with any government funded project requiring a certain total percentage of domestically produced equipment be utilized
Documented via a certified letter or compliance certificate specifically identifying the US Government Act for which the product meets compliance requirements (e.g. Build America Act (BAA), Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act)
This designation is binary (compliant or not) and applies to the entire value of the finished product regardless of origin of the components
Badge indicates that documentation is available from the manufacturer for this product, and identifies the specific Act(s) for which the products domestic manufacturing (or qualified exemptions) apply

Domestic Content Compliant

Specifically managed products with manufacturer authorized contributing domestic content component values, specifically for use under the 2022 IRA Domestic Content Commercial Tax Credit adder (ITC and PTC)
Under the current IRA Policy and guidance for this tax credit adder, a finished product must contain domestically manufactured components, and be assembled, finished, or packaged in the USA
The amount of domestic content must be determined and documented by the manufacturer under either the direct cost using the Adjusted Percentage Rule or using the Elective Safe Harbor rate tables
Compliance documentation, including the contribution rate, must be secured from the manufacturer. Reference to the specific project utilization of the procured and installed compliant equipment may also be required
Badge indicates compliance with these requirements and has been verified for this specific product and SKU name only. Alternative non-domestic content equivalent product may also be available
